Bomgar Pricing 2026
Bomgar is now BeyondTrust. The two former Bomgar products, Remote Support and Privileged Remote Access, are both quote-only. There is no published Bomgar price list. Here is where the pricing actually sits.
What happened to Bomgar
Bomgar and BeyondTrust merged in 2018. Bomgar, then backed by Francisco Partners, acquired BeyondTrust and the combined company adopted the BeyondTrust name. The Bomgar brand was retired for the products, which were renamed under BeyondTrust. If you are searching for “Bomgar pricing”, the current products and the current quotes both sit under BeyondTrust.
The two former Bomgar products
- BeyondTrust Remote Support (formerly Bomgar Remote Support). Attended and unattended remote support for IT service desks. Licensed per technician (named or concurrent), with on-premise appliance or cloud deployment. Quote-only.
- BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access (formerly Bomgar Privileged Access). Controls, manages and audits privileged remote access for vendors, third parties and internal admins, without a VPN. This is the PAM-adjacent product. Quote-only.
Why there is no Bomgar price list
BeyondTrust does not publish standardised pricing for Remote Support or Privileged Remote Access. The official Remote Support pricing page directs buyers to contact the sales team for a custom quote rather than showing a per-technician rate. Third-party sites float per-technician estimates, but those are self-reported and not published by the vendor, so we do not repeat them as facts. The honest answer is that Bomgar pricing is quote-only and depends on technician count, deployment model and term.
What to ask for in a Bomgar / BeyondTrust quote
- Licensing basis. Named vs concurrent technician licences change the effective cost materially for shift-based support teams.
- Deployment model. On-premise appliance (B Series) carries per-appliance and maintenance cost on top of the licence; cloud is subscription.
- Which product. Remote Support (help desk) and Privileged Remote Access (vendor/admin privileged access) are separate SKUs; confirm which you are being quoted.
- Term and escalator. Multi-year commit is typical, with a negotiated annual escalator.
