What this site is
PAMCost.com is one of around 380 calculator and cost-comparison sites published by Digital Signet, a research and publishing company founded by Oliver Wakefield-Smith. The portfolio focuses on B2B procurement-team questions where vendor marketing pages have removed the price.
The site covers per-admin and per-user pricing for the 15 Privileged Access Management vendors regulated firms shortlist most often: Teleport, HashiCorp Boundary, Keeper Security, JumpCloud, Okta Privileged Access, ManageEngine PAM360, plus the 9 quote-only vendors CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, One Identity, Wallix, Saviynt, StrongDM, KeeperPAM and Segura.

Why this site exists
Nine of the largest PAM vendors do not publish per-admin pricing. The remaining six publish list prices but they sit on vendor pricing pages designed to anchor a procurement conversation, not be compared side-by-side. The procurement teams we have spoken to at fintech, healthcare and federal-aligned organisations all reach the same point: they have to do nine demo calls to learn nine numbers that should fit on one matrix.
PAMCost.com publishes that matrix. The calculator on /calculator runs the per-admin math across all six publishing vendors with one set of inputs. The nine quote-only vendors carry a sales-contact link rather than an inferred rate.
